All services are FREE to all women in the community.
Support services include the following services:
- Client and tenancy support
- Clothing, personal hygiene supplies
- Computer with internet
- Phone with long distance
- Coffee, tea, snacks
Monday
10:00am - 4:00pm - Stepping Out is a closed group, please see below for our drop-in and open programs
6:30pm - 8:30pm - 16 Steps is an open group for women healing from addiction and/or codependency
Tuesday
9:00am - 10:00am - Yoga (note the centre is not open to other resources during this time)
10:00am -1:00pm - Computer and literacy training with Donna
10:00am - 3:00pm - Support services
Wednesday
10:00am-3:00pm - Support services
By appointment only - Counseling services with Lesley --> contact support staff to be placed on the waitlist
Thursday
10:00am -3:00pm - Support services
6:30pm-10:00pm - Evening drop-in (includes dinner and access to all other day drop-in services)
Once a month - Acupuncture with Bibi --> contact support staff for dates
Friday
10:00am-3:00pm - Support services
